Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. You will lead room attendants, conduct inspections, and ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards with timely readiness for guests.

Fluency in Italian and English, at least 2 years of luxury hospitality experience, and strong leadership will help you coordinate daily activities and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience in Florence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and coach Room Attendants and Linen Runners to meet Four Seasons quality standards.
• Conduct room inspections and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Oversee floor operations, ensuring supplies and cleanliness of corridors and service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns professionally, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
• Plan daily activities based on occupancy levels and collaborate with other departments.
