Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Network Design Architect to join our team and lead the design and optimization of our transport network solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in transport networks and will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient network architectures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and Architecture — Define end-to-end transport network architectures, including both high-level and low-level designs. Translate business and technical requirements into concrete, implementable network solutions. Evaluate and select the most suitable vendors for the various components of the transport network. Develop strategies for integrating new technologies and evolving existing networks.
• Analysis and Optimization — Conduct in-depth analyses of network performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Propose and implement solutions to optimize network capacity, resilience, and efficiency. Perform cost estimations and cost–benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
• Collaboration and Consulting — Work closely with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure alignment and correct implementation of solutions. Provide technical support and expert consulting to internal teams and external customers. Actively participate in technical workshops, presentations, and supplier negotiations.
• Documentation and Standardization — Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network architectures, configurations, and procedures. Contribute to the development and enforcement of standards and guidelines for network design and implementation.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in designing and implementing complex transport networks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
