Make an impact and drive improvement

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all related logistics activities such as inventory replenishment and management, warehousing processes, purchasing, shipping, and transport status to ensure process efficiency on time and in accordance with legal and qualitative requirements.

This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the quality management system and business principles, working alongside our Logistics Manager South-East Europe and a dynamic team from around the world.

With your experience and personal drive, you will play a key role in our ambition to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What you can look forward to in this role

  • Handling inventory replenishment for the region, delivery, and warehouses
  • Maintaining and analyzing inventory data related to quality, stock levels, shelf life, coverage groups, ROP, and minimum stock levels
  • Placing purchase orders, supervising, and coordinating the purchase of goods
  • Collaborating closely with factories
  • Supervising and coordinating goods supply to customers and warehouses (internal and external sales)
  • Invoicing and monitoring financial reserves for transport costs
  • Prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure effective resource use and achievement of work targets

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Proven experience in inventory replenishment, management, warehousing, purchasing, shipping, and transport
  • Education in Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with Dynamix system, and basic knowledge of Quality Management System
  • Solution-oriented mindset with understanding of value addition through logistics solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills in an international environment
  • Fluent English communication skills
