A global e-commerce leader seeks Lead Fulfillment Associates in Rome to oversee operations and train associates in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office and be able to manage physical work requirements, including lifting up to 49 pounds. Typical responsibilities include addressing operational barriers, scheduling, and facilitating communications across teams. This role necessitates flexibility in work schedule and the ability to adapt to various team dynamics.

Competenze

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound flow and communication with carriers.
• Support daily management and allocation of labor.
• Maintain link between Corporate Retail Teams and the Fulfillment Center.
