The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a Chef/General Manager to lead the restaurant operations at Lake Como, Italy. You will partner with culinary leadership to position the outlet, supervise daily activities, ensure sanitation, and support servers and hosts during peak times to maximize guest satisfaction.

You will determine training needs, develop plans, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and financial performance in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, or related area.
• 2-year degree with 2 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, or related area.

• Maximize financial performance and attract guests by understanding the local market and partnering with culinary leadership to position the outlet.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist with menu planning and training planning to improve guest satisfaction.
