Job summary

The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a culinary professional for a full-time, non-management role on Lake Como. You will prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, ensure proper portions and presentation, and keep accurate food logs to maintain quality standards.

With at least 3 years of related experience and a technical or vocational degree, you will work on-site in a luxury hotel kitchen. Housing and meal vouchers are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and ensure proper portion, garnish, and presentation.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Stand, walk, or move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
