Schneider Electric in Milan is seeking a Key Account Proximity Datacenter to build long-term relationships with CSP and Edge Datacenter stakeholders, qualify leads, and drive new business across Schneider Electric solutions. You will implement sales and marketing tactics to exceed objectives and collaborate with cross-region teams to grow revenue.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, speak English fluently, and can travel up to 50% within Italy.

Competenze

• University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience managing international projects and global customers in data center sector.
• Knowledge of UPS, cooling, containment, prefabricated solutions, and DCIM software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Excellent listening and negotiation abilities with high-value sales strategy capability.
• Experience with BI, content management, CRM or similar web apps.
• Business fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in Italy.

• Create long-term, trusting relationships with CSP and Edge Datacenter customers as trusted advisor.
• Identify and qualify leads, oversee portfolio, develop new business for existing clients.
• Implement sales, marketing tactics to exceed objectives and grow revenue.
• Promote and sell Data Center and Mission Critical Secure Power products and services.
• Develop and execute account business plans with accurate reports/forecasts.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to grow business and value delivery.
• Foster a team-selling approach bridging Customers Org and Schneider Electric teams.
• Manage multiple short- and long-term projects and relationships.
