Job summary

Schneider Electric in Conselve, Italy seeks a role to manage and influence the customer service sales lifecycle across EMEA, with a primary focus on cooling customers. You will support customers throughout the sales cycle and design phase, shaping end-to-end cooling service offerings.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead the definition of service packages including digital options, engage with Schneider Electric entities worldwide, and help customers journey through EcoCare and EcoFit value

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
• 3–10 years of cooling experience, preferably in data centers
• Knowledge of cooling products and services (chillers, CDUs, InRoom, InRow)
• Awareness of the Data Center market and competitive landscape
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers
• Fluent English; any additional language is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite

Responsibilities

• Manage and influence the customer service sales lifecycle across EMEA, focusing on cooling customers
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and support their digital service journey with EcoCare
• Lead the definition of the most appropriate service package, including digital service offers
• Review RFQs and provide technical guidance to sales teams
• Support local and regional Schneider Electric teams in developing trusted-advisor relationships
• Collaborate with global Schneider Electric entities to deliver value propositions across Cooling Services
