Tell us about yourself :

We are looking for a passionate Junior Video Content Creator to join us on a part-time basis support our expansion into the Italian market.

Our new hire will be based in Italy and work in a remote modality. Due to the needs of this position, there is no relocation assistance for this role .

Responsibilities :

• Share daily our best deals on Instagram Stories and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and engaging content
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement on Instagram and TikTok, using a data-driven approach to constantly test and optimize results
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and community members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty among our users
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
• Respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns during special events, promotions, or partnerships
• Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual content for social media platforms, adhering to Pepper brand identity

Qualifications :

• You are a native Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including algorithms and best practices.
• Experience in growing social media reach and engagement
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Keen eye for detail and strong visual aesthetics
• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Interest in or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plus
• Experience in social media management, community management, or a related field is a plus
