A global agribusiness leader is seeking a Junior Trader - Refined Oils in Ravenna. In this role, you will support commodity trading and senior traders, manage contracts, and develop relationships with key clients. Ideal candidates have a degree in business or agricultural sciences and are fluent in Italian and English. BUNGE has a very dynamic and exciting opportunity as a Junior Trader - Refined Oils. In this role, you will be responsible for the commodity trading and support to the senior traders in the specific program and general commercial activities.

Main Accountabilities
  • Be part of a well experienced team.
  • Comply with Budget refined and crude sales assigned per geographical area, customer and product, in volume and in contribution to variable and fix costs.
  • Follow up of the budget refined and crude sales and report monthly deviations in volume and in contribution.
  • Customer visits on a yearly basis. Develops sustainable long-term relationships with key accounts. Purchase advice to customers. Optimizes sales to achieve growth and margins
  • Contract management - meaning to be accountable for the execution on the contracts, negotiating back logs and financing charges. If they appear.
  • Follow up of the receivables, as per to keep truck of the performance of our Working Capital and try to implement all the financial tools in place to improve our ROIC.
  • Collect and analyze market information. Be in the market and allow good information from the market for our competitive analysis and our positioning and decision making.
  • Engage in the Italian vegoils SND to help drive better decisionmaking.
  • Capacity/margin management: Optimizing productions & coordinating changes with the industrial and quality teams.
  • Coordination with DCVC team. Coordinating plant capacities and looking for the optimization of our refineries/oil import flow.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • University degree in business, agricultural sciences or other related field.
  • Skilled in decision-making & negotiation.
  • Fluent Italian and English. Other languages (French, Spanish and German) have an advantage.
