Location : Italy - Milan
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will join a multidisciplinary team of tax and control experts dedicated to supporting large clients in implementing and enhancing their Tax Control Frameworks. Your work will cover a range of activities, including:
Mapping tax and administrative processes
Designing and formalizing controls to manage tax and accounting risks
Applying risk management techniques to evaluate tax risks
Performing TCF testing (Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness)
Tracking framework performance and recommending remediation measures
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, supporting data collection, analysis, and follow-up
Promoting knowledge-sharing and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Degree in Economics, Law, or a related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, CIA, etc.) are a plus
1-5 years of relevant experience, either in Tax Control Framework implementation or auditing (experience with large or industrial companies preferred)
Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and control frameworks
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with additional analytical tools is an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to manage client relationships; leadership and mentoring experience valued for more senior profiles
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Fluent in English
