We are seeking tech-savvy and motivated graduates ready to start their career as Junior IT Project Manager E-commerce in our Tech team.

What you'll do

• Support the management and delivery of e-commerce projects, including website updates, integrations, and new functionalities.
• Assist in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve functionality, speed, and user experience, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day support for system and tool improvements, enhancing the experience for both customers and colleagues.
• Learn to resolve technical issues efficiently and proactively contribute to process optimization.

What we’re looking for

• 0-2 years of experience in digital project management, e-commerce, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive mindset, collaborative approach, and adaptability to change.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
