A leading international recruitment firm in Milan is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support HR Country officer in employee relations, coordinate labour relations programs and engage in negotiations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, experience in an international context, and be fluent in Italian and English. Full-time fixed-term contract with a competitive salary to be defined.

• Experience managing HR employee life cycle events and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.

In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activies

• implementation of the organization's employee relations
• Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices
• HR projects
• Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests
• HR employee life cycle events and processes
• All other duties as assigned

What we\'ll need from you

• Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes
• Experience with international environment
• Fluent in Italian and English

Education :

Bachelors / University degree, Master\'s degree (Human Resources and / or Employment law)

Time Type :

Full time – Fixed term contract 12 months – Ral to be defined, CCNL Credito – based in Milan.
