Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in contabilità o finanza e competenze in Microsoft Excel. Competenze

Job Description

Within the Group CFO function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Accounting Policies and IFRS Reporting team.

The role will primarily support IFRS 17 consolidated reporting, financial accounting, and quarterly financial board reporting.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of annual and semi-annual audited consolidated financial statements, unaudited quarterly consolidated statements, and other required filings, with a particular focus on IFRS 17 data
• Supporting the development and maintenance of the Group data model, including the accounting manual, related guidelines, chart of accounts, reporting hierarchies, and data validation processes, especially concerning IFRS 17
• Contributing to the preparation of reports for the GCFO and the Board on the Group’s IFRS 17 KPIs

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a focus on the financial sector (Business Statistics with specialization in the insurance sector will also be considered)
• Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and IFRS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

Soft Skills:

• Strong team player with a proactive and ambitious attitude
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
