Junior content manager at Bending Spoons – Location: Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote in selected countries. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full-time (Permanent or fixed-term).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends, conceptualize and craft bold content that captures the audience’s attention. Own every step from brainstorming and planning to collaborating with stakeholders, publishing, and analyzing performance.
• Leverage data to track performance, monitor competitors, and uncover actionable insights. Continuously refine strategies to maximize impact and drive growth.
• Partner with creatives to ensure high‑quality execution of media requests. Prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential, keeping the team focused on delivering exceptional results.
• Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by mastering campaign management and creative analysis. Drive testing, learning, and scaling initiatives essential for continuous growth.
