Responsibilities
  • Identify emerging trends, conceptualize and craft bold content that captures the audience’s attention. Own the process—from brainstorming and planning to collaborating with stakeholders, publishing, and analyzing performance—to ensure each piece performs well.
  • Leverage data to track performance, monitor competitors, and uncover actionable insights. Continuously refine strategies to maximize impact and drive growth.
  • Partner with creatives to ensure high-quality execution of media requests. Prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential and keep the team focused on delivering exceptional results.
  • Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by mastering campaign management and creative analysis. Drive testing, learning, and scaling initiatives essential to continuous growth for the team and products.

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote in selected countries.

The selection process

If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. The role may stay open for months or be reposted.
