Junior Category Manager IT/Guest Technology - VIE - (m/f/d)

Are you ready to embark on an international experience with one of the leading global hospitality groups As a Junior Category Manager Guest Technology within our Astore Procurement Department you will play a pivotal role in supporting IT-related procurement strategies across the Europe & North Africa (ENA) region. Join a diverse multicultural team and help identify hotel needs find innovative IT solutions and contribute to responsible hospitality.

The role will be based either in our office in Milan or Madrid with a possible contract duration between 12 to 24 months.

What will you do

• Assist in developing strategies for IT categories including hardware software audio-visual and payment solutions.
• Support RFP processes supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure optimal offers for the hotel network.
• Manage supplier relationships including organizing business reviews renegotiations and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.
• Deploy supplier solutions across the hotel network and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to procurement data analysis to identify savings opportunities and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

• Knowledge or experience in IT procurement categories and strategies.
• Familiarity with procurement and data analysis tools (Excel Power BI e-Procurement tools).
• Experience or interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; French would be a plus.
