The challenge

What you will do

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen Haier Energy’s footprint in the solar and energy storage market within Italy.

Your mission is to develop and manage sales channels with installation partners and distribution networks, driving adoption of Haier’s photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and energy management solutions. You will engage directly with regional installers, distributors, and key accounts, building strong commercial relationships and ensuring consistent growth in market share.

This role combines channel development, technical consultative selling, and strategic account management, contributing directly to Haier Energy’s regional business expansion and leadership in the clean energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with installation partners, distributors, and key regional sales channels
  • Drive sales growth of Haier’s PV and BESS product portfolio through targeted engagement and support of installer networks
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with overall European commercial objectives
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance to installers and distributors to ensure optimal system design, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Support distribution partners with product training, marketing initiatives, and joint sales activities
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to identify new opportunities and inform strategy
  • Represent Haier Energy at regional events, trade fairs, and installer workshops
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer data to support planning and decision‑making
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Management, and Service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project delivery
What you need to succeed

Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, or a related field

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within PV, ESS, or renewable energy distribution channels
  • Proven track record in managing installer and distributor relationships and achieving sales growth targets
  • Strong understanding of commercial PV systems, storage integration, and grid connection principles
Soft skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to manage complex regional sales networks
Languages

Fluent in Italian and strong English; additional languages such as French or German are an asset

Must have

Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally across Europe
