RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its office in Ancona or Pescara, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Overview

The role of a Management System Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits. Manage and contribute to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
  • Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams/functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Other
