The role requires Italian C2 and English B2, on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal, with rotating shifts; opportunities for contract renewal and potential permanent contract after two years.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in customer support, chat, email, and phone handling.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support and assistance to social media advertisers via chat, email, and calls.
• Assist advertisers with post-sales issues and improve their experience on the platforms.
• Guide users in using platform tools and resolve technical issues.
• Multitask across several tools and channels.
