CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon on-site to support social media advertisers with post-sales issues across chat, email and phone. You will troubleshoot, guide users through platform tools and improve their experience.

The role includes comprehensive training, a contract after completion, rotating shifts, and potential renewal or permanent placement after two years, with a relocation bonus to assist your move.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency at C2; English at B2.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support across chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide advertisers on platform tools.
• Improve advertiser experience and resolve post-sales queries.
