CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support social media advertisers with post-sales assistance, troubleshooting and guidance on platform tools. The role uses chat, email and outbound calls, in Italian and English, with a focus on SMBs and hands-on problem solving.
Based in Lisbon, the position offers comprehensive training, a clear path to integration into the Teleperformance team, and a relocation bonus.
Competenze
- Italian language at C2 level and English at B2.
- Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Ability to multitask across channels.
Mansioni
- Provide technical support to advertisers via chat, email and calls.
- Assist with post-sales issues and guide use of platform tools.
- Collaborate with teams to improve advertiser experience.
