CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support social media advertisers from Lisbon. You will handle incoming requests in Italian and English via chat, email, and phone, providing post-sale assistance and troubleshooting.

The role includes comprehensive training, rotating shifts, and integration into the Teleperformance team with a contract after successful training. Relocation support is offered to join the team.

Competenze

• Italian C2 and English B2 required.
• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Willing to work in Lisbon with relocation.
• Ability to multitask across multiple channels.

Mansioni

• Provide bilingual support via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot platform issues for advertisers and guide tool usage.
• Assist customers with post-sale questions and onboarding.
