The role includes comprehensive training and after training you will join the Teleperformance team with potential contract renewal and a permanent position after two years.

Competenze

• Italian language requirement (C2).
• English language requirement (B2).
• Multitasking across multiple tools and channels.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to social media advertisers via chat, email and outbound calls in Italian and English.
• Assist advertisers post-sale, troubleshoot and improve their platform experience.
• Guide advertisers in using platform tools and features and resolve technical issues.
