WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide support via phone, email and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues as part of an international team.

The role includes full relocation support, a paid training program, and a compensation package with 14 monthly salaries plus a performance bonus up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team.
• Willing to relocate to Athens; full relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
