WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role includes paid training, a full relocation package, and a competitive salary.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist customers with platform questions, document interactions in CRM, and help users understand features in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Rotating shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.
