Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite. You will handle Italian customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, and assist users with platform and service questions.

The position offers paid training, a competitive salary (€1,100 gross/month with 14 salaries) plus a performance bonus up to 15%, and a full relocation package including EU flight tickets, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and real estate

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level is required.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
