WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. The role includes paid training, full relocation support, and a competitive compensation package with 14 monthly salaries and a performance bonus.

You will join an international team and provide support in Italian while collaborating across departments to resolve inquiries and document interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level is required.
• English proficiency at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
