Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece. This onsite role combines career growth with the Mediterranean lifestyle, and includes paid training and full relocation support.

You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. No prior experience required—the training is fully paid.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) level required.
• English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
