WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Athens, Greece. The role is onsite with full relocation support, paid training, and a competitive compensation package.

Work 5 days a week, 8 hours daily with rotating shifts. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction while documenting interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
• No prior experience required – full paid training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
