Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role offers 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts. Compensation is €1,100 gross per month paid 14 times per year, plus a performance bonus up to 15%, fully paid training, and a complete relocation package

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English (B2+) for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible with rotating shifts
• Able to work in an international, multicultural team
• No prior experience required; paid training provided

Responsibilities
