WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian, providing solutions and guidance on the platform and services.

Relocation assistance is provided along with fully paid training and a competitive package including 14 monthly salaries and a performance bonus. No prior experience required; training covers all you need to know to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
