Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, focusing on Italian-speaking users and providing accurate solutions.

The role offers paid training, a competitive package including a relocation program (EU flight, hotel), and a gross salary of €1,100/month with 14 salaries plus a performance bonus up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural team.
• No previous experience required; full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
