The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+). Training is fully paid, and relocation is provided, including flight, airport pickup, hotel, and real estate assistance. Rotating shifts apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
