Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, on-site team. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, supporting users in Italian and helping them navigate the platform.

The role offers paid training, full relocation support (EU flight, airport pickup, hotel) and a performance bonus up to 10%. Work is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
