Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat as part of an international, multicultural environment.

The role offers paid training, full relocation support, and a competitive salary package. Rotational shifts are required, with 8-hour days over five days per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
