WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece, joining an international, multicultural team. The role offers paid training, full relocation support, and a competitive salary package.

You will provide Italian-language support across phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions in CRM. The package includes 14 monthly salaries (€1,045.72 gross each), plus a 10% performance bonus and full relocation benefits.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts.
• Experience in a fast-paced international team is a plus.

Mansioni
