WW Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team in Athens, onsite. You will assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat and contribute to a high-quality support experience.

The role offers paid training, a fully relocation package within the EU, flight tickets, airport pickup, hotel accommodation and real estate agency support, plus a competitive €1,045.72 gross/month (14 salaries) and a 10% performance bonus.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions; troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
