WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and guiding users through the platform with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers full paid training, relocation support within the EU, and a competitive compensation package including a 14-month salary structure and a performance bonus. Training is provided to ensure rapid onboarding.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level proficiency.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Explain platform features to customers.
