WW Talents in Athens, Greece, is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, assist with platform questions, and help ensure customer satisfaction in a multicultural setting.

The role offers paid training and full relocation support within the EU, with a monthly gross salary of €1,100 over 14 salaries plus a 15% performance bonus, plus a fully paid relocation package.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level proficiency.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic attitude.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience required; paid training provided.

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
