WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. The role includes paid training, full relocation support, and a competitive compensation package.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while working in a dynamic, multicultural team. The position offers 5 days a week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts and a monthly gross salary of €1,100, with 14 salaries and a performance bonus up to 15% plus fully paid

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Athens.

Mansioni

• Provide Italian-language customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account issues.
• Assist with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
