WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support, including EU flight tickets and accommodation.

Responsibilities include providing support in Italian via multiple channels, resolving inquiries, and documenting interactions in CRM. The position requires fluent Italian, English for training, and flexibility with rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
