WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. This role offers paid training, full relocation support, and a competitive salary package.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction while documenting interactions in the CRM. English training and onboarding are included, with rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international team.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
