WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their international team in Athens, onsite. The role involves assisting customers in Italian via phone, email and chat, resolving account issues and guiding users through the platform.

The package includes paid training, a gross salary of €1,100 per month on a 14-salary cycle, a performance bonus up to 15%, full relocation support, and EU flight tickets, hotel and real estate assistance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level (as per ad)
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
