WW Talents in Athens, Greece is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite, supporting customers via phone, email and chat. The role includes full relocation assistance and a comprehensive training program.

Compensation starts at €1,045.72 gross per month with 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 10% and fully paid training. Relocation package covers flight within the EU, airport pickup and hotel accommodation.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English at least B2 for training and internal comms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• No prior experience required – full paid training provided

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat
