You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve account issues, and guide users through the platform with a focus on quality and speed. Training is fully paid and relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian to C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• Willing to participate in full paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
