Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece, onsite. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear answers and troubleshooting with a focus on satisfaction.

This role includes full relocation support and a comprehensive paid training program. Operate in a fast-paced international environment, communicating in Italian and English during training and day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian required (C1/C2).
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to document interactions accurately in CRM.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in international/multicultural teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
