WW Talents in Athens, Greece, is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role offers paid training, a competitive compensation package, and full relocation support.

You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, document interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
