WW Talents in Athens is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will help Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.

The role offers a fixed salary with relocation support and a performance bonus, plus training. Schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
