WW Talents in Athens invites an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers paid training, a generous relocation package, and a stable career path in a multicultural environment.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving account issues, guiding users through the platform, and documenting interactions in CRM. Fluency in Italian and good English are required.

Competenze

• Fluently Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• English at least B2 for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
